Will founded and leads Galaxy Studios, the club’s in-house branded content and entertainment division. Under his leadership, the LA Galaxy secured its 6th MLS Championship — the first since 2014 — and achieved its highest-grossing year in a decade in 2024. He spearheaded high-profile music collaborations at LA Galaxy Stadium, created "Sounds of the Galaxy" — a groundbreaking MLS game day experience featuring major artists — and secured unscripted content deals with major streaming platforms.
Previously, Will served as Chief Creative Officer and Chief Marketing Officer for the Washington Commanders, becoming the first-ever Chief Creative Officer for an NFL team. He led the most successful rebrand in NFL history, generating 87.3 billion impressions and 65 million views on launch day. He also launched the Washington Branded Entertainment Studio, driving a 250% increase in audience growth and significant branded content revenue in just 18 months.
Will’s career includes leadership roles at Wieden+Kennedy, Saatchi & Saatchi, BBH New York, Coach, Condé Nast, and The Wall Street Journal, where he developed award-winning campaigns and reshaped brand strategies.
